Cool, love the simple colours. The face stands out cos of the stronger tones and details. The cloak and the background makes it feel mistyy/foggy.
I didnt think he looked overly femine, I thought he was a guy and read your comment :3 good thing I assumed it was a guy.

This is really a beautiful piece, and I especially like the pale coloring of the scene. I don't know how you'll take this but he looks like a character that would be in a Jim Henson movie, the fabric and wings are so tangeable that it's easy for me to see this character in reality.
